Copper Football
Arizona Football League AzFL
The league was founded in 1994 in the Copper State, Arizona. We provide amateur adult tackle "11" man or "club football". Players from 17 to 54 are on the field having fun and playing ball. Our season runs from January thru May each year. There are teams all around Arizona. We have played games against teams from New Mexico, Texas, California, Iowa, the Dakota's, Mexico and more. Over 150 young men have restarted their college careers after playing in the AzFL. Many coaches were helped in getting on the job training and exposure by coaching in the AzFL.
The Arena Football League (AFL and AF2) pick up players from AzFL teams each year. The NFL has a player on the Cardinals, Deuce Lutui that played in the AzFL after High School. Many other indoor pro leagues routinely pick up AzFL players as well. With an extensive reach and long standing success the Arizona Football League AzFL has a record to be proud of.
